About us

The Center's work is aimed at the implementation of the National Project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".

The Center's activities are coordinated by the Committee for Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Pskov Region, which forms and implements state policy to support and develop small businesses in the Pskov region.

Fundamentals of export development

The "Main directions of export development for the period up to 2030" developed by the Ministry of Economic Development have been prepared within the framework of the roadmap "Support for access to foreign markets and export support". The document is intended to ensure "the formation and effective practical implementation of the resource-innovative model of export specialization of Russia." In other words, an increase in the volume of non-primary exports is expected, an increase in the volume of supplies of goods of a higher degree of processing, and especially technically and technologically complex products.

The document outlines guidelines for moving towards an ambitious goal – Russia's achievement of a leading position in world exports. It is assumed that our country has every chance to enter the top five exporters by 2030 along with China, the USA, Germany and Japan. As part of the implementation of the main directions, it is expected to ensure an increase in the volume of non-primary exports by 6% per year. The main directions should ensure the formation and effective practical implementation of the resource-innovative model of Russia's export specialization.

Taking into account the export strategy of the state and the tasks set to increase export potential, an Export Support Center has been established in the region.

The Export Support Center has been operating as a structural subdivision of the Autonomous Non-profit Organization "Fund for Guarantees and Entrepreneurship Development of the Pskov Region" since July 1, 2015.

The mission of the Center is to promote an increase in the volume of exports of non-primary products produced by small and medium-sized businesses of the Pskov region, as well as the formation of a positive image of the region and increase its investment attractiveness.

The main purpose of the Center's activities is to stimulate and involve small and medium-sized businesses in export activities, to provide information, analytical, consulting and organizational support for the foreign economic activities of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as to facilitate the entry of small and medium-sized businesses into international markets of goods, services and technologies, to increase competitiveness and efficiency of activities.

The "Main directions of export development for the period till 2030", worked out by the Ministry of Economic Development, were prepared within the framework of the road map "Support of access to the markets of foreign countries and export support". The document is intended to ensure "the formation and effective practical implementation of the resource and innovation model of Russia's export specialization". In other words, it is expected to increase the volume of non-resource exports and the volume of supplies of more highly processed goods, especially technologically and technologically sophisticated products.

The document defines the guidelines for moving towards the ambitious goal of making Russia a world export leader. It is assumed that by 2030 our country has all chances to become one of the five leading exporters along with China, the U.S., Germany and Japan. As part of the implementation of the main directions, it is expected to ensure the growth of non-resource exports by 6% per year. The main directions should ensure the formation and effective practical implementation of the resource-innovative model of Russia's export specialization.

Taking into account the export strategy of the state and the tasks set to increase the export potential, the Export Support Center was established in the region.

The Export Support Centre has been operating as a structural subdivision of the Autonomous Non-profit Organization "Guarantee and Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Pskov Region" since July 1, 2015.
